LD500: LEADERSHIP (4 Units: 160 hours). Susan L. Maros


DESCRIPTION: The course teaches students to engage organizational change in congregations and other organizations. The course will specifically address ways to engage the context within which the organization exists.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: The student will (1) demonstrate an understanding of intercultural Christian leadership; (2) will be able to reflect theologically about leadership; and (3) will be able to describe the implications of this learning for their own contexts.

COURSE FORMAT: This class meets twice weekly for two hour sessions for a total of 40 instructional hours in the classroom for lecture and discussion.
