DESCRIPTION:

Theological French 1 and 2 are designed to help theological students meet the French language requirements in advanced degree programs. French 1 is an introduction to French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and translation, combining both a deductive and an inductive approach to learning. It is intended to provide the requisite skills needed in LG561: Theological French 2.

COURSE FORMAT:
This is an intensive course and meets twice weekly for two-and-a-half-hour sessions for four weeks.

Homework will be assigned for each class session from the textbooks, along with various handouts distributed in class.

None. Transcript evidence of prior study required to audit this class.
