TH543: THEOLOGY OF MISSION (4 Units: 160 hours). Eun Ah Cho 선교신학.
DESCRIPTION: In this course, students will be introduced to the theology of mission from an evangelical Protestant perspective. Through a survey of key contributors who left a lasting impact on 21st century missiology, students will explore Trinitarian perspectives on the missio Dei, the reign of God, and contextual theology.
본과목을통해학생들은개신교복음주의관점의 선교 신학을 소개 받게될것이다. 21세기 선교학에 지속되는영향을 미치고있는 주요 공헌자들을 개관함으로하나님의 선교, 하나님의 통치, 그리고 상황적 신학에 대한삼위일체적 관점들을 탐구하게 될 것이다.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: Upon successful completion of this course, students will (1) explain the development of mission theology; (2) critically evaluate evangelical theological perspectives on the missio Dei; (3) appreciate evangelical mission theology in historical and ecumenical perspective; and (4) assess the implications of evangelical missiology for contemporary mission tasks.

COURSE FORMAT: This is a one week intensive course which meets five days for a total of 40 instructional hours in the classroom for lecture, discussion, and small group exercises and presentations.
